Get Ready to Feel the Burn & Find Your Creative Flow! ✨ I'm so excited to have you join my first 'be creative' workshop. In this spring edition, we'll work our core in a spicy 45-minute pilates workout, followed by a creative DIY workshop. The workshop will take place at BLOOMERGYM (Oefelestrasse 13A). Here's what you'll get: A 45-minute pilates class Yummy bites and drinks (coffee, tea, juice, baked goods) 1 item to decorate with dried flowers (Glass, Coffee/Tea Mug, Jewellery plate or similar) & all the supplies you need to decorate it with (dried flowers, porcelain or glass glue and paints) Here's how it will go down: Part 1: The "Core" (45 Minutes of Spicy Sculpting) We’re kicking things off with a high-energy Pilates session designed to make you glow (sweat or glow, it's all the same, right?). Expect a deep-muscle burn, plenty of pulses, and a focus on your core strength. It’s challenging, it’s sweaty, and it’s the ultimate way to wake up your body for spring. Part 2: The "Craft" (60 Minutes of Creative Cool-Down) Once the hard work is done, we’ll lower the heart rate and let the creativity take over. You’ll get your hands on our DIY station where we’ll be decorating items with a beautiful spring aesthetic. Using professional sealing techniques, you’ll create a custom piece of artwork to take home. It’s the perfect mindful "reset" after our intense workout. You'll have the choice of a few items (glass cup, mug, jewellery dish, etc.) that you can decorate with dried flowers and glass/porcelain paint. I'll be sharing details of the items closer to the event. I can't wait to see you there and get into the spring spirit together!
