Join the be strong community for a 7-day, 6-night Pilates & Wellbeing retreat amongst the rolling hills, tranquil countryside, and olive groves near Rome, Italy. OLEA is a Yoga & Fitness Retreat venue nestled in the Sabina countryside. It offers panoramic views, a pool, tranquil gardens, and accommodation in two beautifully restored farmhouses.

About the trainer:

If you're new to the be strong community - welcome!

My name is Becca and I am a pilates instructor based in Munich, with Canadian-German roots. After completing my pilates trainer license in 2023, as well as my pre-and-post-natal trainer license in 2024 & 2025, I had the pleasure of teaching pilates-inspired full body workouts, pilates for cyclists,  and prenatal pilates classes in beautiful Munich, Germany. 

My wish for you as a participant is to feel connected to your body, have fun with your workouts, and leave fully restored & stronger than you came. My classes are designed for ALL levels, as modifications are always available. We use our own body weight, plus a few smaller pieces of equipment to turn up the heat. 

All classes are held in English.

The retreat location

OLEA retreat venue offers beautiful single and double rooms in 2 restored farmhouses, as well as the option of 2 camper vans and 3 glamping tents. Spend your free time on the large property, which includes a pool and plenty of green space. Enjoy meals on the treehouse platform and indulge in delicious home-made food, catered to your needs (vegetarian, with vegan options available). Additionally,  you have the option as a group to enjoy activities such as a pottery class, Italian cooking class, winery tours, and hiking near a local river (these activities are based on demand). Bookable wellness treatments like massages are also available on-site.

Fly into FCO - Rome Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci Airport), if arriving in Rome on the day the retreat begins (May 17th), please be sure to choose a flight that lands at 1:30PM the latest, so that you can make the shuttle.
