pilates-inspired full-body workouts (now including prenatal classes)

Full Body Pilates:

Get a little (or a lot) sweaty in this full body session, all while increasing your strength, working on stability and having FUN. This 45-minute mat-class is based off of classic pilates, with a modern twist. That means we will use your body weight and movement to strengthen those deep muscles that work so hard to support the rest of your body, every day. Similar to building a house: the foundation should be strong to support everything else around it.

Location: This class takes place in Good Energy Club, Baaderstrasse 84, 80469, Munich.

Prenatal Pilates:

There is a lot of evidence which suggests that physical activity during pregnancy has many benefits for both you and your baby. In this class we incorporate all of the fun and sweat from the 'full body' course, with a focus on exercises and movements that are both effective and safe during pregnancy.

Location: This class will take place at Om und Company Studio, Ohlmüllerstraße 19, 81541 Munich.

 

All classes are held in English.
